PLD 450

The PLD-450 is a semi-automatic splitter saw for high-volume fire wood production. Combining chain saw cutting, automatic splitting, and conveyor-fed output, it adjusts force for log thickness, reducing splitting time and energy use.

Operator controls include joystick-driven feeding, splitting, and log output, with optional mobile chassis configuration.

PRP 4

Engineered for precision and adaptability, this vertical saw excels at processing stacked and thin sawn timber with ease. It efficiently produces double-sided open flitches up to 250mm thick, delivering consistent, accurate cuts across a wide variety of timber applications.

A simple adjustment to the feeder guide allows quick conversion for single-sided or two-sided edging, giving operators the flexibility to meet diverse production needs. Built for durability and long-term reliability, the machine maintains consistent performance even in demanding sawmill environments. Operating efficiency varies with timber and lumber thickness, averaging approximately 2-4m³ per hour, ensuring both productivity and precise control in timber edging and processing.

PRP 2

Designed for precision and versatility, this machine is ideal for processing stacked and thin sawn timber with ease. Capable of producing double-sided open flitches up to 250mm thick, it delivers accurate, efficient cutting performance for a wide range of timber applications.

With a simple feeder guide adjustment, the machine quickly adapts for single-sided or two-sided edging, providing flexibility to match different production requirements. Built for durability and reliability, it offers consistent results even in demanding sawmill environments, making it the perfect solution for operators seeking enhanced productivity, precision, and control in timber edging and processing.

The operating efficiency of the machine depends on the thickness of wood and the required thickness of lumber averaging around 2m3 per hour.

TTS 1200S

This high-capacity, precision bandsaw delivers exceptional cutting accuracy and efficiency for demanding timber operations.

Its 800mm guiding wheels support a 60mm wide cutting band that requires no rolling, simplifying setup with standard sharpening equipment. The innovative design achieves sawing performance comparable to wide-band frame saws, but with significantly lower operating costs and energy use. Key features include emulsion-cooled guiding slides for reduced friction and noise, a dual-chain drive for fast, accurate head positioning, and a robust hydraulic system capable of handling logs up to 5 tonnes.

Built on a solid hollow-profile track frame, this machine combines industrial strength with outstanding cutting performance and long-term reliability.
