TTS 800S
The TTS 800 is a modern band frame sawing machine delivering exceptional cutting capacity, precision, and efficiency. Its 800mm guiding wheels and 60mm cutting band provide performance comparable to wide-band frame saws, but with far lower operating costs and energy consumption.
The innovative design includes PK-type belts for extended blade life, a Stellite-tipped 60mm blade with a 25mm tooth pitch for 30% faster cutting, and emulsion-cooled guiding slides that reduce friction and noise. The machine features a double-sided, chain-controlled longitudinal drive and rapid 30mm/s head positioning for precise operation.
A robust hydraulic system easily handles logs up to 5 tonnes, while the durable hollow-profile track substructure ensures stability and reliability during intensive, high-volume sawing operations.
