Sorting table
The sorting table is designed to streamline the handling and organisation of boards as they leave the saw, helping operators maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Built for reliability and ease of use, the table features two electrically driven chains that allow boards to be quickly directed off the left or right side for sorting or further processing. In addition, integrated rollers allow boards to be fed straight off the back when required.
This flexible system makes it easy to separate different cuts, reduce manual handling, and keep production moving efficiently through the next stage of processing.
OPT 203
This bandsaw blade sharpening machine is designed for fast, precise maintenance of blades 30 – 60 mm wide and 2400 – 7000 mm long. Featuring a 203 mm grinding wheel, automatic sharpening cycles, and a tooth sharpening speed of 70 teeth per minute, it ensures consistent edge quality and extended blade life for professional operations.
PF2/4 double

Log feeder
Our adaptable feeder integrates seamlessly with any sawing-splitting machine equipped with hydraulics, ensuring smooth, efficient operation across a range of setups. For machines without compatible hydraulic systems, a custom hydraulic supply unit can be provided to guarantee optimal performance.
The standard feeder measures 2200 mm wide, 3000 mm long, and 790 mm high, specifically designed to complement band-sawing machines with hydraulic capability. Engineered for precision, durability, and ease of use, this feeder enhances workflow efficiency, reduces setup time, and provides reliable handling of timber, making it an essential addition to any professional sawmill operation.
TTS 800S
The TTS 800 is a modern band frame sawing machine delivering exceptional cutting capacity, precision, and efficiency. Its 800mm guiding wheels and 60mm cutting band provide performance comparable to wide-band frame saws, but with far lower operating costs and energy consumption.
The innovative design includes PK-type belts for extended blade life, a Stellite-tipped 60mm blade with a 25mm tooth pitch for 30% faster cutting, and emulsion-cooled guiding slides that reduce friction and noise. The machine features a double-sided, chain-controlled longitudinal drive and rapid 30mm/s head positioning for precise operation.
A robust hydraulic system easily handles logs up to 5 tonnes, while the durable hollow-profile track substructure ensures stability and reliability during intensive, high-volume sawing operations.
